The defunct Newark, Del. label was operated by the Brian Erskine, the drummer for the local band Schroeder, though the 1990s. The label essentially operated as vehicle to release Schroeder's recording for a half-dozen years, although the label branched out by the mid-1990s to start releasing other local band's music. The last release may have been a 1997 local music sampler.
