Joint venture label between managers [a=Arnold Stiefel] and [a=Randy Phillips] and [l=MCA Records]. Founded in 1992, the label is named after [a=Rod Stewart]'s 1970 album [m=67513] (Stiefel has been Stewart's manager since the 1980s).
