Classical music label introduced in 1955 by [l=Vox Productions S.A.], the French affiliate of the US [l=Vox Productions, Inc.]. In French, the label name was also written as "Panthéon". The releases were available in various European countries. In Germany for example, many releases were distributed through record clubs such as [l=Europäischer Phonoklub Verlags-GmbH]. In 1956, the label was also introduced in the US.
