Japanese folk and rock record label, 1972-2000. Aard-Vark was a sublabel of Canyon Records, used mainly to release music whose master rights were held by the [l=Yamaha Music Foundation]. When Yamaha established [l=Yamaha Music Communications] in 2000, no further new albums were released using Aard-Vark, and the imprint only appeared on re-issues.
