Profile
France Sublabel of [l=New Rose Records] created by [a=Louis Thévenon] (co-founder of [l=New Rose Records]) in 1987 for more new wave/electronic/industrial sounds. The label had its moment of glory between 1989 and 1991 with the so-called "Touching Pop" movement and its three (then four) main bands ([a=Little Nemo], [a=Asylum Party], [a=Mary Goes Round] and later [a=Babel 17]). [a=Louis Thévenon] left the label in 1991 to found [l=Single KO.]. Lively Art continued after his departure (from ARTY 35 onwards).
