Mexican office of the German multinational mass media corporation [l353658]. The record company began operations issuing [l5410] & [l362] releases to the Mexican market. In 1985 Bertelsmann AG acquired 100% of RCA from General Electric thus changing the previous Mexican office name [l444427], years before it had changed to [l=Bertelsmann De Mexico, S.A. De C.V.]. In 1987, the RCA, Arista, and Ariola labels were united to create Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG).
