Italian label based in Switzerland; PDU is an acronym of [b]P[/b]latten [b]D[/b]urcharbeitung [b]U[/b]ltraphone ([b]P[/b]roduzione [b]D[/b]ischi [b]U[/b]ltrafonici). [b]Label Code: LC 2340 / LC 02340[/b]. In the 1970s, the label imported the sound of the German Cosmic Couriers on to the Italian market, with licensed editions of records published in Germany by labels such as [l=Ohr], [l48843], [l418826] and [l169236]. The president of the label was Giacomo Mazzini. It was distributed by [l=EMI]. In 1996 Mina sold PDU to Mediaset.
