Hua Sheng

Usually appears as Hua Sheng Record or 華聲唱片. Label from Taiwan of doubtful legality. The label, besides regular Chinese releases, catered to US soldiers stationed in Taiwan in the 60's and 70s. Covers were often photocopied from Japanese or US issues with altered colors. Many releases are on colored vinyl. Cat. #'s beginning with "KHS" are later "Hua Sheng" Cat. #'s beginning with "HS" are earlier "Hua Sun Records" Some LP's may have "Haw Sound" logo on LP - These should be filed under the "Hua Sheng" page as well.
