Originally based in Leeds UK. The original idea was to produce only 7" singles, the conception of the label was after the founder of the label went to see the documentary Beijing Bubbles at the Leeds film festival. The film featured several underground bands from Beijing at the time, the main band being Joyside. Once home the founder discovered that they had not released anything on vinyl and being an avid record collector decided that the only way he would own a record by them would be to make one himself. The label only operated briefly in 2007 and 2008 but has now started operations again and will start releasing more records in 2019, but this time not just 7"singles!
