Berliner Vertriebsbund

Profile

The Berliner Vertriebsbund (short BVB) was run by [a=Graf Haufen] for the purpose of distributing tapes and networking from various West-Berlin tape labels. A tape catalog of participating labels and bands ([l11100], [l469149], [l140344], [l246925], [l57152], [a193650], [l193105], [l176060], [a3023088], [a1095773], [a1977377], [l159657], [a141138], [a997486], [a975678]) was released (see pictures section of this entry) in March 1983. A second catalog appeared in October 1983 (also presented in the pictures section of this entry). Also two compilations of mostly West-Berlin based bands were released, called "Unikum". The project didn't take off, so it was laid to rest in 1984 already.
