From Telarc, a label known for its audiophile recordings of classical works, this sub-label primarily featured fresh Contemporary/smooth jazz releases, from 1995 to 1997. These artists included guitarists [a=Ed Hamilton] and [a=Thom Rotella], and jazz percussionist [a=Steve Reid (5)]. In 1996, parent Telarc merged with another independent jazz label, [l=Heads Up International]. In late 2005, both Telarc and Heads Up were acquired by [l=Concord Music Group, Inc.]
