Early series on the CBS label, usually tagged (P) 1967. The initial releases came in a flip back cover. The none flip back covers dates later. The country can be identified by the language of the liner notes on the rear cover. This details should be mentioned at the release notes for this reaon. The releases were most likely pressed at the Artone pressing plant in Haarlem, where CBS had a major stack thince 1967. This needs some more research, so please add the runouts.
