Formed by [a249449] and his manager, Neil Reshan in mid 1970s. At the time of the label's formation, recordings were released under a [l1866] label and catalog number. By 1978, the imprint was referred to as Lone Star Records and usually distributed through [l19050]'s [l39357] label. Other than contemporary replica reissues, Lone Star appears to have ceased operations by 1980.
