Musique D'Abord is a quality budget series by Harmonia Mundi. The series features high quality recordings at a lower price, because of the simple sleeve they use. LP's had a generic sleeve layout, liner notes & tracklisting in a separate sheet, kept to getter with a plastic protector sleeve. CD's have a colour photograph on the front of the booklet, all other printed material is black & white. "Musique d'abord" means "Music first". Cost is cut at the sleeve, but the quality of the content remains.
