The production unit of [l=Tokuma Musical Industries Co., Ltd.] was merged with [l=Japan Records Inc.] and became Tokuma Japan Corporation. In 1992 it merged with [l=Tokuma Communications Co., Ltd.] to form [l=Tokuma Japan Communications Co., Ltd.]
