Mikael Ulveklint started 247 records during 2002 in Malmö, Sweden. At first it was just a hiphop mailorder service, the only one in Sweden. But then early 2003 Mikael decided to release a limited 12" with Mikah 9 and then continued to release other limited releases on the side of his mailorder service. In late 2007 the label announced that they will cut back with releases and in 2009 they went into indefinite hiatus.
