German label based in Hamburg, created in mid-1998 - defunct since early 2000. Established by C.F.O and Managing Director Dr. Berndt Th. Schmidt and BOOYA Music producers: Bülent Aris, Toni Cottura, as part of the BOOYA Music Group. Toni Cottura was named Head of Music. Primarily released their own R&B & Rap productions.
