Label used by Victor of Japan in the 1960s and 1970s for releases to be sent outside of the country. Releases will often have stickers on the center label and any logos for Victor on the jacket or insert will be covered. The label name is short for [b]NI[/b]ppon [b]VI[/b]ctor [b]CO[/b]mpany.
