South Korean budget-reissue series by [l53569] and later [l25487]. Starting from 2005, at least 13 albums were reissued under this banner. The OBI strips that came with the releases often claimed to be "Mid-Price" or "25% Off," but in truth was around 14~21% off its claimed retail price(the retail price and discount price varying from one distributor to another).
