Visual Kei independent label based in Osaka. It was founded by [a=MIRAGE (44)] bassist [a=KISAKI] on November 1st 1997. The label was originally the Osaka subsidiary of [l=soleil], but later became independent in 1999. Two subsidiaries were also founded in Tokyo (ETERNAL) and Sapporo (STORM) in January 2001. Matina closed down due to [a=KISAKI]'s health problems on December 31st 2002. [a=KISAKI] would later found a new label called [l=UNDER CODE PRODUCTION].
