Since 1922 it has been part of the [i]Spaten-Franziskaner-Bräu GmbH[/i], which has belonged to the [i]Spaten-[l1743450][/i] Group since 1997. Today the beer brand belongs to the Belgian [l485894]-InBev brewing group.
