Telepool GmbH was co-owned by [l=Bayerischer Rundfunk], [l=MDR - Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk], [l=SWR Media Services GmbH] and Telvetia S.A.. In June 2018, American rapper, actor and producer [a=Will Smith] and Swiss-German director [a=Marc Forster] jointly acquired Telepool GmbH.
