Short-lived (1969 - 1971) record company backed by air cargo carrier Flying Tiger Lines, based in Los Angeles. Initially distributed by [l=ERA Records], Happy Tiger switched distribution to [l=Ampex Records] in July, 1971. President was producer [a2292855]; Vice President was composer/arranger [a386822]. The company was under-funded and was in receivership by early 1972; some masters were sold to Warner Bros. Records after cessation of operations.
