[b]This is a series, not a label. Only add this to the "Series" field, together with the actual label of the release.[/b] RCA / RCA Victor's "Gold Standard Series". Series name only appears on original sleeves in some cases. A Canadian sister series [l=Golden Greats] also exists. Also found as [l566849] Releases in this series usually include U.S. & German RCA / RCA Victor releases with cat#'s starting with 447-. There are also releases with GB-1XXXX cat#'s being part of this series as well (Canadian releases with these cat#'s will usually belong to the [l=Golden Greats] Series instead of here). The older EP releases from this series (US & German, with same cat#'s) released between 1957 & 1959 appear to run from 5000 to 5157? (not fully known). U.K. EP releases from this series have been released different cat#'s. Releases from this series have been reissued multiple times in some cases.
