This company combined the activities of [l=Sony Music Entertainment (Denmark) A/S] and [l=BMG Denmark A/S]. When Sony acquired Bertelsmann's 50% stake in the company in August 2008 and became [l=Sony Music Entertainment], the Danish division took back its old name, [l=Sony Music Entertainment Denmark A/S].
