Founded in October 2004, part of "Les Éditions du Gabian", Manivette Records is located at La Ciotat, a port town on the Mediterranean. Its objective is to promote and encourage the expression of contemporary Occitan culture, particularly in the Mediterranean basin, while remaining open to other world influences. Its managing director is Emmanuelle Tirmarche.
