UPS stood for Underground Punk Support. UPS was an attempt to support real D.I.Y. underground punk and was based in the Netherlands. It started in 1997 and soon consisted of a distro, fanzine (UPSzine) and a tape-label before it turned into a record label around 1999. It was run by one person, [a759627] (aka Rups). UPS ceased to exist in 2014.
