In May 1997, Beijing Xinle Cultural Development Co., Ltd., the predecessor of NMG Beijing Tianzhong Cultural Development Co., Ltd., was formally established and officially changed its name to Beijing Tianzhong Cultural Development Co., Ltd. in January 2001. The full name of NMG Tianzhong Culture in English is NOVA MULTIMEDIA GROUP LTD. It is a multimedia entertainment company jointly funded and founded by Andy Lau and his old partner, the famous manager Li Xiaolin (Vice President of BMG China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia), Leslie Cheung and BMG. A subsidiary of the group "Tianzhong Entertainment".
