Gift Tapes

[b]Gift Tapes[/b] (2008-current) is an independent label curated by [a=Jason E. Anderson] that releases cassette-only audio works recorded directly to analog tape. It released around 50 cassettes with Type II high bias tape in limited editions of 50-200 copies. Gift Tapes has also hosted semi-regular experimental music performances in the Seattle area since 2010. The sister label [l=DRAFT] was created in 2010, expanding its focus to include digitally recorded or generated music.
