Italian record company behind the [l127766] label. Established in 12 October 1904 in Milan by Alfred Michaelis and Dino Foà. Between 1911 and 1914 as well as between 1922 and 1925 it belonged to the [l=Carl Lindström A.-G.], and then became part of [l=Columbia Graphophone Company Ltd.] 1931 it became part of [l=Electric & Musical Industries Ltd.] The company was closed down in 1948.
