Australian CD / DVD manufacturer founded in 1986 by Fiona Horman. A joint venture in July 2003 between [l264316] Limited, and Regency Recordings Pty Ltd, resulted the two companies combining to become [l270746], one of Australasia’s largest companies providing end-to-end DVD, CD, VHS and audio cassette manufacturing and distribution logistics services. During 2006, AAV's 51% interest in [l270746] was sold to Regency Recordings, giving them a 100% ownership and the company then renamed to [l171949].
