German Berlin-based label set up to promote the new "artificial head" recording technique: Kunstkopf. This mimicked the perception of human ears for a virtual surround sound effect, especially so on headphones. The label hosted three Krautrock titles, a compilation and two LPs of acoustic music. Many other albums were recorded and/or mixed at the [l290190], often by chief engineer [a522701]. [b]For the recording studio, use [l290190][/b], which seems to be the most common spelling of the name.
