Danish folk music organization, The Folk Music Association, founded 1981 as a reaction to the lack of interest for contemporary and non-Danish folk music styles of [l644930]. Folkemusiksammenslutningen (FMS) was closed down spring 2016, and reorganised as a foundation, named FMS, Fonden Folkemusiksammenslutningen. FMS issued a small number of casettes on their own label [l1298237] and cooperated with [l1275236], for example, on more releases - including FMS projects released on the [l668684] label.
