South African label founded in the early of 1970s by presenter/DJ/radio personality David Gresham. Their first release was Jessica Jones' "Baby, I love you", with the second, "Sunday Monday Tuesday" being produced by a then-unknown [url=http://www.discogs.com/artist/Robert+John+Lange]Mutt Lange[/url]. Other artists in the stable included Sam Evans, The Idiots, [a=McCully Workshop], and Stingray. In 1984 the label was renamed to [l=David Gresham Records].
