Independent British label run by [l=SRT Productions Ltd.], founded in 1971 by [a=Dave Richardson (2)]. Early logos read 'S. R. T. Productions', 'SRT Records' or 'SRT Custom'. 'SRT' stands for 'Sound Recording Technology'. The label was the successor to [l=Sky Records (20)], a joint venture between Dave Richardson and members of [a=Jethro Tull].
