WOEI Premium Apparel Rotterdam was established in 2007 by Woei, a Dutch designer and sneakerhead who runs his own sneaker store in downtown Rotterdam. Having supported the independent label [l=ROTTZ], Woei is known to collaborate with local designers and support the local music scene.
