Pure Perception Records was created in 2007 by Kameleon (Matt Bryson) and Labyrinth (Elliott Vaughn) (Pangea Productions) in the southeastern US, at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains; with the goal of releasing high quality, unique, innovative, atmospheric, and above all highly danceable progressive and psychedelic music to the world. Both have played many forms and variations of intelligent progressive music for over 10 years. Now they are focused on providing an outlet for new and fresh sounds, as well as letting veterans explore new territories. Providing sounds for the night and day, styles ranging from minimal, techno, progressive, progressive psy, and psychedelic trance. Pure Perception Records is about diversity yet showing a consistency of innovation and creativity, helping to show that each sound has a place on the dancefloor and that all sounds should be explored in order to give a proper psychedelic experience.
