Chissa Records was an imprint of the [b]Chissa Entertainment Group (Pty) Ltd[/b] co-founded in 2001 by [a=Hugh Masekela]. Signed artists included [a=Tsepo Tshola], Ngwako Manamela, [a=Busi Mhlongo], [a=Ngenekhaya Mahlanghu], multilingual Afrikaner girl [a=Corlea Botha] and, naturally, Bra Hugh himself. The company folded in 2008 after about a dozen releases.
