Other staff included [a777291] as director, [a2264414] working in A&R and [a141218] in promotions. Initially established as a house label, later focussing on more mainstream dance output. The Positiva label now operates under Virgin EMI Records as of 2012 with the acquisition of EMI by Universal Music. The Positiva trademark as of 2017 is immediately owned by EMI (IP) Ltd., an intellectual property holding company under the direct control of EMI Group Ltd.
