Hip-Hop dedicated sub-label of Sleeping Bag Records founded in 1985 by William Socolov. [a=Kurtis Mantronik] did A&R for the label as well. The building where the label had its headquarters was torn down and replaced by luxury apartments in the 1990s. Its catalog is presently controlled by [l=Phase One Network], an asset management company.
