Emerging from artist development department of Los Angeles' now defunct [l=Red Ant Entertainment] (Bauhaus, Love & Rockets, Sunz of Man, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, Lit, Cheap Trick), Jamisin Matthews founded Rogunfilm/Rogun to showcase short film and media content in the early 2000s. However, by 2003, he returned to his preferred creative channel: music. Having produced diy music since the late 1990s and now a working performer and model for alternative fashion labels and retailers, Jamisin (as Le Mans) combined these three endeavors and created a 1980s influenced music and aesthetic concept album entitled "Coldlife in the Fastlane" (2004).
