In the 1960s the company was acquired by [l95626] and from 1980s onwards formed part of the "Music Sales Group" In the late 80s the company was re-incorporated (renamed) for short period as [l1102116] before a further subsequent name change / merger into [l132187] on the 15th Apr 1992.
