US publisher from New York City. Founded by [a1301621] around 1916, taken over in 1922 after his death by his sons Adolph and Morton Ascher. Over the 1930s and 1940s, the company grew and finally started to release library records for US broadcasting organizations in the 1950s. Their repertoire included own productions as well distributed European labels such as [l45530], [l44866], [l43974], [l84006], [l181941], [l29992], [l307603], [l11612] or [l75825].
