Spread The Disease was a record label from spain based in Barcelona, Sagrada Familia since 2007 and run by Steff Kerandel. Home made tapes and cdrs available mainly at shows and sometimes orders in very limited quantities. The Label Ceased its activities in 2012. Steff started a new label With Cristina Figueras called 8EMINIS.
