Mosie Lister

Mosie Lister (born September 8, 1921, Cochran, Georgia, USA – died February 12, 2015, Spring Hill, Tennessee, USA) was an American singer, songwriter and Baptist minister. In 1948 he was the original lead singer with [a2733477]. Shortly thereafter he retired and concentrated on songwriting. In 1953 he formed [l719684] which later merged with [l408805] in 1969. As of 2014 he had a catalog of over 700 songs.
