Born February 26th, 1970 in San Francisco, California. Dom Toulon is the CEO of the record label & sync music placement company CAPP Records based out of the San Francisco Bay Area since 1994. He is also a recording artist, producer, mixing & mastering engineer and is well-known for compiling dozens of successful worldwide compilation releases including "50 Techno Electro Tunes", "50 Chillout Tunes" along with "EDM 2019" & "EDM 2020".
