San Antonio, Texas rap group formed in beginning of 2005 which consisted of four members C-Duece, Jice, Lil' Ray and J-Tex. The group is based out of the southside of San Antonio. Outta Sight And 63 were 2 different groups that combined to form one. Outta Sight consisted of C-Duece aka C-Roe, J-Tex while 63 was Jice and Lil Ray.
