Napalmed

Czech noise band from Most town (1994-2014) The band started in June 18, 1994 at its first Live Performance in Kopisty u Mostu. They planned to create "noise", but played a kind of impromptu noise-core with a drum kit, two bass guitars and vocals. After short time, they stopped using instruments and started to use only processing gear and raw materials (such as metal, wood, glass, plastic and paper), prepared electronix, various microphones, a tape deck, guitar pedals, drum machines, mini disc, samples, a turntable, etc... Activity under name NAPALMED stopped in January 2005 and the project continued as [a=NPLMD] as a solo project, but in June 2006 band reformed again with a new lineup. Of the previous formation, only RadeK.K. remains. MartiN.B. became a new member, the style was changed to XQX (Xtreme freaQency electroniX) as the band used mostly D.I.Y. synthesizers in combination with a few pieces of metal. Of course all sounds were destroyed using loads of effects. Meanwhile, PaveL.H. joined the band, playing on pieces of metal. Since March 2013, after MartiN.B.'s tragic death, the group became a solo unit again under the name Napalmex. PaveL.H. was mostly only on studio recordings and was barely ever present during live performances due to the lack of free time June 18, 2014 group became an industrial noise tribute band and changed it's name to [a=Eine Stunde Merzbauten].
