Dave Head

American guitarist, vocalist, designer and visual artist. Head grew up in San Antonio, Texas, and moved to Austin, Texas in the early 1990s after living in Utah and Arizona. He started the garage punk band The Motards in Austin and in the 2000s moved to Chicago, Illinois and started the band Headache City. He moved to New York in 2009 and after a stint with a band there, focused on his artwork. He joined punk band Surfbort around 2016 but has subsequently left the band.
