Howard Rix

Howard Rix was a singer and guitar player from Vancouver, Canada, who played in the garage rock band [a=The Scramblers (2)] as well as the country-rockabilly bands [a=G. I. Blues] and [a=The Stingin' Hornets]. One of the finest rockabilly vocalists in Canada, perhaps in the world; if you like Robert Gordon, you owe it to yourself to hear some of this man's work. He died on September 17, 2015, from a severe asthma attack followed by two heart attacks at Vancouver General Hospital.
